About Us

In 2021 the homelessness sector of South Australia underwent a major reform that resulted in the introduction of four regional homelessness alliances and one state-wide domestic and family violence alliance. Each of the alliances have embraced a new way of working collaboratively to deliver effective services that reduce and prevent experiences of homelessness.

At Country North Homelessness Alliance we believe that it is a basic human right for all people to have access to safe, stable and affordable housing. That’s why we are committed to providing support services that best meet the evolving needs of people who are at risk of entering into homelessness or a currently unsheltered or without appropriate accommodation.

Alliance partners provide specialist homelessness support service across a large and diverse footprint that encompasses the three state government regions of the Yorke and Mid North, Eyre and Western and Far North.
