Services:

Case management, including guidance and assistance to explore housing options and to access suitable housing.

Intensive tenancy support to maintain a rental property, for people at risk of eviction

Referral, information and connection to relevant services in the local area.
Includes health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol counselling, financial assistance, legal services or domestic violence

Crisis accommodation with accompanying support, including youth specific accommodation in Port Pirie, Port Augusta and Port Lincoln and Men’s crisis accommodation in Port Pirie

Short-term accommodation with accompanying case-management support to build capacity and ability to access permanent housing, including public housing, community housing and private rental

Common Ground site in Port Augusta provides long-term housing options with support services, primarily for Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness.

Assertive outreach and assistance to individuals and families sleeping rough, helping people who are unsheltered to engage with support services and to access emergency shelter during extreme weather events.
